Replacement & Refund Process

If the mistake is on our end, we will replace the item or provide a full refund.
If the mistake is on the customer’s end, a replacement can be arranged with an additional ₨200 delivery charge (non-refundable).
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team within 15 days of receiving the product.
Provide proof of the issue (clear images/videos of the product).
Once approved, send back the product in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy terms.

🔴 If a customer places a fake order or refuses to accept a parcel without a genuine reason, we reserve the full right to:
Publicly share their name, contact number, and address on our social media platforms as a warning to other businesses.
Blacklist them from placing any future orders on our website.
Report them to courier services, which may result in restrictions on their future COD orders from other businesses.

🚨 Important Notice:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Unjustified returns (such as changing mind or personal preference) will require the customer to pay ₨400 (₨200 delivery + ₨200 handling charges).

  • If the parcel is refused at the time of delivery, we will consider it a fake order and take strict action.
